My ideas for my music magazine.

The ideas that I have for my magazine are to follow the more fashion and arty side of who music can influence us. I have chosen this because I am interested in taking new challenges and developing my creative skills. I will be focusing on fashion and life style that is associated with music, rather than the typical bands and artistes. Of course there will be music and information on musicians and artistes, but it will have more of an arty fashion edge to it. I feel that because I haven’t really done fashion before I will really be pushing myself to new and exciting ways of creating images for a new target audience. My inspiration will be coming from a mix of music and non-music magazines. For example MF magazine, InStyle magazine, Q magazine and more magazine. I aim for my magazine to be targeted towards the younger generation because I feel that I will be able to relate to this area better because I am also a part of this young generation. I am looking forward to shooting for this project because I plan to use female models with big hair, bold make up and I also plan to shoot in water. Hopefully my magazine will have an edgy indie fashion look to it that my viewers will like and enjoy.
